Roy Spalding DipPSRP/L3
After leaving Ipswich School in 1987, Roy joined the family business and became a qualified marine engineer. Realising his passion for property, Roy joined a successful Ipswich based estate agency in 2001, and mentored by a chartered surveyor, began his new career as a junior sales negotiator. Now a father of four, integrity and honesty are at the forefront of his family life and business approach, this ethic is filtered throughout the company.
Karl Moyse
A family man with a wealth of industry experience of over 30 years. Karl’s journey in property began at a successful local estate agency in Ipswich, with a break of three years practising agency work in Australia, before joining Fine & Country in Woodbridge as a manager. Karl is approachable and offers a safe pair of professional hands at the highest level, to effectively guide buyers and sellers through the moving process from start to finish.
Melissa Hill
Melissa has been an integral part of Ipswich & Suffolk Estate Agents from its infancy after starting her career with a national agency, Melissa specialises in client care, negotiating sales and managing the office administration. Melissa brings a friendly and professional approach to the day to day running of the office and understands the need for excellent communication for both buyers and sellers.
Sarah Sauntson
Sarah found her passion for property early in her career and has developed an exceptional knowledge base in both sales and lettings. Having created a successful HMO property portfolio for herself she is hands on and fully understands landlord requirements and most importantly their need for strong returns on investment. Not bound by normal office hours, Sarah goes above and beyond for her clients and her good guidance is invaluable

Joining us in 2013, Claire is an essential part of our team and successfully co-ordinates all aspects of our letting’s portfolio and office management.
